Job summary

Career Teachers UK seeks Level 2/3 Early Years Educators to support nurseries and nursery schools across Sheffield. Flexible work options include short-term, long-term, full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your availability and career goals.

Responsibilities include supporting learners with small groups, behaviour and SEND needs, while contributing to a positive, inclusive environment. DBS checks or willingness to obtain one are required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or level 3 early years qualification.
• Experience working with children within an educational setting.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Support pupils with SEND where required.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
