Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited in Basildon, Essex, is seeking motivated individuals to become driving instructors. Training Academy covers DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with full support as you progress to ADI status.

You can work flexible hours, teaching within local postcodes, with typical lesson rates around £38 per hour and potential earnings up to £50,000+ per year depending on availability and drive time.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Willing to train through our Training Academy to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
• Flexible approach to working hours, with mornings, evenings, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and help them pass DVSA tests.
• Provide safe, structured driving instruction and support learner progress.
• Engage with students to build independence and confidence on the road.
