Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible post persons with driving duties. You will drive a Royal Mail van, deliver letters and parcels, and stay active throughout your shift. This is a flexible, temporary role that keeps you connected with the community and offers varied days.

Shifts include Day, Dawn, Early, Evening, Late and Night with different hourly rates. You’ll be assessed on driving and fitness, and must be comfortable with outdoor work and regular route

Qualifications

• Driving licence: Full, manual UK licence with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by driving a Royal Mail van and sometimes on foot.
• Securely deliver all items on your route and handle election materials or other items per Royal Mail standards.
