Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks flexible postal delivery drivers to join the Royal Mail team. You will deliver letters and parcels in your community, and drive a Royal Mail van while walking parts of your route to stay active and provide exceptional service.

Roles are temporary with varied shifts; you’ll pass a driving assessment and receive shift pay according to the Royal Mail rate card. A strong focus on reliability and community service is essential.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary and you must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in your community as part of your Royal Mail round.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and complete parts of the route on foot, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Handle and deliver election materials and other items in line with business standards.
