TeacherActive Limited. in Kidderminster is seeking confident Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers for flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, manage classroom behaviour, and support students with their learning to ensure a productive classroom environment.

The school and agency offer supportive onboarding, 24/7 consultant support, and market-leading pay rates, with a referral scheme of up to £100 for introducing a friend.

Formación

• QTS / Qualified Teacher Status or relevant classroom experience.
• Experience with secondary-aged students within a school environment.
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Flexible, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working in different classroom environments.

Responsabilidades
