Aspire People, a leading education recruitment specialist based in Staffordshire, is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in our partner secondary schools from September 2026. This role offers flexible work that fits around university studies, childcare, or another part-time job, with a choice of 1 to 5 days per week and opportunities across Staffordshire.

As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, helping to maintain a positive learning

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Excellent communication skills in a classroom setting.
• Ability to adapt to different schools and cohorts.
• Confident and professional in presenting pre-planned lessons.
