Job summary

Engage Education in Sevenoaks is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support schools on a daily supply basis. You’ll cover lessons across the school, help maintain a calm learning environment, and adapt quickly to different classrooms and topics. A degree is required and experience with young people is valued.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time availability, a £110 daily rate, and access to CPD with a dedicated consultant. A DBS check and safeguarding compliance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree.
• Some experience with young people is valued.
• Behaviour can be challenging in supply roles; adaptability is important.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils and ensure completion of pre-planned work.
• Manage classroom behaviour and follow safeguarding policies.
• Assist pupils with questions and provide feedback on lessons.
