Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Holbeach and the surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with relevant experience working with young people, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
• A calm, professional and reliable approach.
• A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed.
• Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally.
• Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning.
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups.
• Build experience in a range of local secondary schools.
• No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards.
