Job summary

Specialist Care Team is seeking Community Care Assistants in Morecambe and Lancaster to support clients with daily living, personal care and community access. Join a team that helps people live independently with empathy, patience and teamwork, with flexible full- or part-time hours and guaranteed contracts.

Evening shifts 7pm-11pm pay £15/hr, weekends £13.30/hr, and standard days £13/hr. Full training provided; driving licence and vehicle are necessary for client visits.

Qualifications

• A good standard of English is required for all team members.
• Numeracy and digital skills are needed to complete daily records.
• Able to work well in a team and solve problems effectively.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary.
• Organised approach and accurate record-keeping are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with daily living, personal care and daily tasks.
• Support independence by helping with budgeting, meals and community access.
• Assist with medications and social activities within the home and community.
• Maintain clear records and follow policies and procedures.
