Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal collections drivers. You’ll collect mail and parcels from local sites, and be the friendly face of Royal Mail in your area.

This role requires a full manual license with up to 6 points, the fitness to walk up to 20,000 steps per day and carry up to 16kg, and the ability to work varied shifts. Competitive hourly rates are offered with guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Able to walk up to 20,000 steps a day and carry a bag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; must be flexible and able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect mail and parcels from designated locations as a Collections Driver.
• Ensure timely and secure handling of items whether on foot or in a vehicle.
• Be the friendly face of Royal Mail in your local area and support community connectivity.
