Job summary

Atlas is hiring a Cleaner to provide on-site cleaning coverage at client premises in Swindon. This zero-hours role offers flexible shifts with no guaranteed hours and an hourly rate of £12.71, with on-the-job training and a free uniform.

You’ll join an award-winning team that values pride in work and attention to detail. You’ll be inducted on day one and trained within your first week to deliver the cleaning specification, operate equipment, and meet safety requirements while supporting

Qualifications

• Basic spoken English required for safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning to client sites and meet Atlas quality standards.
• Train on cleaning specification and equipment during first week.
• Provide high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with full training.
• Replenish consumables and manage waste appropriately.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work as part of a team to meet client needs.
