Job summary

Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaner for client premises in Weybridge. This zero-hours role offers flexible shifts to cover operational needs, with no minimum hours guaranteed and shifts offered based on business demand.

The successful candidate will join an award-winning team, receive full induction and on-site training, and contribute to delivering high cleaning standards while ensuring safety. On-site position with uniform provided and opportunities to progress within Atlas FM.

Qualifications

• Flexible attitude to ad hoc shifts and cover.
• Basic level of spoken English required for safety and communication.
• Local applicant with access to Weybridge area.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of cleaning tasks.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• On-site cleaning to meet client specifications and standards.
• Complete induction and initial training on equipment and procedures.
• Provide high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle cleaning materials and on-site equipment with training.
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet tissue, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins and dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work as part of a team that goes the extra mile.
