Job summary

Anchor is looking for a reliable Cleaner to maintain Dunwich Court, Ipswich. The role is 9 hours per week on a permanent basis, paid £13.45 per hour, with duties including cleaning communal areas and guest rooms and handling laundry to a high standard.

You will work respectfully around residents, prioritising tasks and reporting issues to the Location Manager. Anchor promotes a supportive, inclusive environment with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Reliable and approachable with pride in doing a good job.
• Experience in cleaning communal areas and guest rooms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas, guest rooms and shared spaces clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Wash and prepare bed linen and towels to a high standard.
• Handle waste safely and use cleaning products and equipment correctly.
• Report maintenance issues, faults or health and safety concerns to the Location Manager.
• Respect residents' homes, privacy and individual needs.
