Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Carmarthen is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support learning across the school. The role involves covering classes when a teacher is absent, maintaining classroom discipline, and delivering prepared activities to keep learning on track.

The position is temporary, with hours 8:30am–3pm, and is open to graduates and experienced cover supervisors. A recent safeguarding training and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Recent Graduate with a 2:1 or higher.
• Previous experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date safeguarding training issued in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Cover classes in absence of a Class Teacher.
• Register and pass safeguarding/vetting checks with Prospero Teaching.
• Temporary contract with flexible hours (8:30am–3pm).
