Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting a temporary Class 2 Driver for our Widnes site. You will perform multidrop deliveries for a logistics provider, with shifts starting between 12:00 pm and 12:00 am and typically 10–12 hour days across Northwest routes.

Applicants must hold an HGV2 licence with CPC and a Digital Tachograph Card, with up to six penalty points and no disqualifications. The role offers flexibility and potential temp-to-perm progression within a sustainability-focused company.

Qualifications

• Multidrop delivery experience.
• HGV2 licence with valid CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card held.
• No more than six penalty points; no DD/DR/IN/CD endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Perform multidrop deliveries between customer sites.
• Carry out 1–6 drops per shift.
• Safely operate vehicle in line with standards.
• Deliver fresh produce to client sites across the Northwest up to Cumbria.
• Complete paperwork and sign off at each site.
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure load is secured.
