Care UK is hiring a Catering Assistant to join our bank team with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. You will help in kitchen areas, prepare items for meals, and ensure proper storage and cleaning standards to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Passionate and caring attitude towards residents.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.
• Prepare produce for mealtime, e.g. vegetable preparation and making sandwiches.
• Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce.
• Safely store cleaning materials.
• Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to the required standards.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Head / Second Chef or Home Manager.
