Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a temporary Support Worker to provide compassionate care across a variety of settings in NORTH WILTSHIRE, Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge and surrounding areas. Your day-to-day duties include assisting with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and offering general companionship while following individual care plans.

Qualifications

• You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
• Flexible availability and ability to travel to different settings.
• Good standard of English and effective communication.
• Clear enhanced DBS (applied for upon registration).
• Previous professional care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support safe lifting and moving and monitor wellbeing.
• Administer medications as directed and manage meals.
• Provide companionship and follow care plans to preserve independence.
