Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months Acute HCSW UK hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years.
• Currently studying General/Adult Nursing and completed a minimum of 12 weeks clinical placements.
• Additional certification may be required depending on the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures and pulse.
• Assisting in the delivery of patient care as directed.
• Ensuring patient focus in care decisions.
