Job summary

Midway Care Group in Fazeley is recruiting a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently. You will support people in developing daily living skills, identify needs, and build relationships with individuals, staff, and the local community.

You will participate in care plans, support daily activities including personal care, and work 35 hours per week on day shifts. The role offers above‑NLW pay, funded training, and benefits such as an Employee Assistance Programme.
