Care South’s Dorset House in Poole is seeking a compassionate Care & Support Assistant for the Bank Team to help provide high-quality resident care. No prior care experience is required; you’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to support you in a friendly, supportive team.

Shifts include days and nights with flexible hours to suit service needs. Join a not-for-profit charity dedicated to HEART values—Honesty, Excellence, Approach, Respect and Teamwork—and help residents

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Comprehensive induction and training provided to new starters.

Responsibilities
