Somerset Care Group is looking for a Supervisor for their Flexible Workforce Team in Yeovil. This role allows for flexible working hours and is essential to delivering high-quality care across 22 care homes in Somerset and Devon.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in residential care, lead staff, and ensure a person-centred approach in their duties. Somerset Care promotes equality and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ supervisory experience in a residential care setting.
• A full driving license and your own vehicle.
• Access to a smartphone (iOS or Android).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate care and ancillary staff on shift.
• Monitor high-quality care within the Company’s Quality Assurance framework.
• Ensure appropriate staffing numbers are met on each shift.
