Qualifications

• Over 18 years old and the right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a care, healthcare or support setting is desirable.
• A caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living.
• Promoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with medication where appropriately trained.
• Supporting individuals with appointments and activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Working alongside other healthcare professionals and support teams.
• Ensuring a safe, respectful and supportive environment at all times.
