Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for our care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours to cover annual leave and sick leave, with the chance to provide quality care and companionship to residents. You’ll support daily living, follow care plans, and help residents enjoy each day.

You’ll bring some experience of caring for older people, a can-do attitude and strong communication skills. Training will be provided to help you thrive.
