Search Consultancy is recruiting Support Workers to join our Bank Hours team in the Leeds area. This temporary/ad hoc role offers flexible shifts across private healthcare settings, with next-day video interviews and a free enhanced DBS check for successful applicants.

You will support adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities, ensuring daily living tasks, mobility, meals and wellbeing are carefully managed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months recent UK healthcare experience.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Able to travel by own or public transport locally.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks.
• Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling.
• Support with meals and hydration.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice.
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
