Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a care home in the UK. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours to support residents’ physical, psychological and social needs with professional judgement and compassionate care.

You’ll need current NMC registration and experience in care planning, risk assessments and regulatory frameworks. You’ll also provide safe medicine administration and contribute to high-quality, person-centred care across the home.

Qualifications

• You must have current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience developing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks incl. DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Provide comprehensive care for residents with physical and mental needs.
