Qualifications

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and compassionate with a person-centred approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents to help deliver quality care.
• Develop tailored care plans and provide medicines safely and accurately.
• Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
