Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse for a care home in the Inverness area. This casual, part‑time role offers flexible working patterns to support our residents and care team.

You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, using your clinical judgement to make safe decisions and deliver high quality care with dignity and respect. This role requires current NMC registration and a patient‑centred approach.

Qualifications

• Needs current NMC registration.
• Experience in developing well‑developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Demonstrates person‑centred, compassionate nursing.

Responsabilités
