You will ensure person-centred care, accurate medication administration, and collaborative team work, within a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
