Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support patients with dressing and promoting independence.
• Maintain safety and hygiene; follow Health and Safety policies.
• Support with meals and monitoring eating/drinking; promote independence.
• Assist with basic use of wheelchairs and related equipment.
• Chaperone patients during examinations and escort duties as needed.
• Attend mandatory training and maintain training records.
• Participate in annual appraisals and development planning.
