• Minimum of 6 months Acute HCSW UK hospital/hospice experience.
• Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks clinical placements.
• NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, and weight.
• Assist in delivering patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
• Ensure the patient's dignity and human rights are respected.
