Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is recruiting Bank Care & Support Workers to provide high-quality assistance enabling people to live independently. You’ll work flexibly across locations, delivering person-centred care and promoting dignity and choice in daily living.

No prior care experience required if values align; we offer ongoing training, a supportive team, and flexible hours to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
• Previous care experience is desirable, but we also welcome applications from individuals with the right values and commitment to delivering excellent support.
