You’ll work in a busy care home, providing one-to-one support, following care plans and building meaningful connections with residents. Training is provided and flexibility is a key feature of this role.

Qualifications

• Some experience caring for older people.

• Excellent communication skills with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
