Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our care home team. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours and a chance to provide quality care and companionship to residents on a flexible basis.

You will assist with daily living, follow care plans, and ensure each resident receives one-to-one attention when needed, delivering warmth and compassionate support.

• Some experience of caring for older people.
