Job summary

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting four Band 7 Central Screening Clinicians to join the Surrey-wide Access and Advice Team within Mindworks. The post is based in Guildford, with potential travel across Surrey to meet service needs.

You will provide expert clinical screening and telephone triage for urgent and specialist referrals, ensuring children and young people receive the right support through the THRIVE Needs-Led Approach (i-THRIVE).

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical screening and telephone triage experience would be beneficial.
• Experience using safeguarding knowledge and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical screening and telephone triage for urgent and specialist referrals.
• Support Hub Screening Clinicians with routine referrals when required.
• Provide clinical guidance to colleagues and maintain safe patient flow across teams.
