Qualifications

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Significant experience within an accountancy practice environment.
Proven people management and leadership skills.
Strong client relationship and portfolio management experience.
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
