Job summary

KT Healthcare is seeking experienced Speech and Language Therapists to join their associate network across Yorkshire. You will assess and deliver therapy to children and young people with a range of speech, language, and communication needs.

Flexible associate/self-employed roles with opportunities across York and surrounding areas, competitive hourly rate and travel time compensation.

Qualifications

• Experienced Speech and Language Therapists with a strong track record working with children and young people.
• Autism and ADHD experience is advantageous; development language disorders considered.
• Ability to assess, report and provide therapy with evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SLT assessments for children and young people.
• Produce clear clinical reports and practical recommendations.
• Provide therapy and intervention where appropriate.
• Assess receptive, expressive and social communication.
• Develop strategies to support communication and independence.
• Liaise with families, schools and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
