Job summary

Salisbury Group is seeking a flexible Cover Cleaner for zero-hours on our Swindon sites. You will be offered shifts as business needs arise, with no guaranteed minimum hours. The role includes full training, DBS check, and joining a supportive Atlas team.

The job offers on-site cleaning duties, attention to safety, and a chance to contribute to a well-regarded client environment in Swindon.

Qualifications

• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience is a plus, training provided.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety communications.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• No visa sponsorship; UK legal right to work required.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Two satisfactory references required.

Responsibilities

• On-site cleaning to meet client specifications and Atlas standards.
• Induction and training within first week on how to use equipment and cleaning processes.
• Provide high standard of customer care across shift hours.
• Handle cleaning materials and equipment with training provided.
• Replenish consumables (papers, soap, toilet tissue, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins into waste/recycling streams.
• Maintain cleaning to high standards and uphold Health & Safety.
• Work as part of a team to go the extra mile.
