Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services with flexible sessional work across community clinics. Qualifications

Advanced Clinical Practitioner with Level 7 qualification.
Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, or allied health professional field.
Independent Prescribing (V300) desirable.
Experience in GP, urgent care or community health services.
Ability to work independently in varied clinical environments.
Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

Delivering ACP-led sessions within community and primary care settings.
Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
Supporting urgent patient demand through triage (phone or in person).
Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
Managing clinical actions including results, medication reviews and follow-up tasks.
Recording accurate and clear digital documentation.
