Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medication safely in line with clinical procedures.
• Complete and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in their condition.
• Support and guide care staff when required.
• Ensure safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care are maintained.
