Job summary

Alltogether Care Services Ltd in Clydebank is seeking dedicated Care Workers to support individuals with varying health needs. You will provide personal care, prepare meals, assist with medication, and accompany service users on community visits.

Shifts are allocated based on availability, with a minimum of two shifts per week. We offer full training and an induction programme, funded SVQ qualifications, and a range of part-time or full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• PVG check and evidence of right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Positive attitude to rights, dignity and respect of people using Social Care Services
• Female is an Occupational Requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
• Valid UK driving license and access to a car are essential

Job description

We’re recruiting dedicated, compassionate Care Workers to join our team to provide care and support to a range of individuals with varying health needs. Give us your availability for the month and we allocate you the shifts ( minimum 2 shifts per week)

Experience is required to join our team as we provide a full training and induction programme, so you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your new role. We have our very own Training Academy. We will seek to fund your SVQ qualification (SCQF level 6 & 7). We are looking for people who are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

The Role:

• You could be lone working or out with another member of staff
• Light domestic duties

Shift Patterns:

Our morning shifts start at 0800 hours and our back shifts 1600. Shift times are variable due to the personal needs of our service users and include weekend and public holidays.
