The Best Connection is recruiting a Flexi FLT Driver & Administrator for our Ashford site in Kent. This role blends warehouse duties with administrative tasks, offering a hands-on position while using computer systems and documentation processes.

You will safely operate a Flexi forklift, handle stock, update records, and liaise with drivers and planners. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a company pension and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Flexi Forklift Operator England, Kent, Ashford

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Flexi FLT Driver & Administrator to join our busy warehouse and operations team.

This is a varied role that combines warehouse responsibilities with administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role while also being confident using computer systems and handling documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Flexi FLT Duties

• Safely operate a Flexi Forklift Truck.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently.
• Put away and retrieve stock from warehouse racking.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any defects.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain a safe working environment.

Administrative Duties

• Process warehouse and transport documentation.
• Update stock records and internal systems accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and transport planners.
• Support general office and administration functions as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid and in-date Flexi FLT Licence.
• Previous experience operating a Flexi FLT.
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
