Job summary

N Family Club is seeking a Flexi Educator in Birmingham to provide flexible support across their nurseries. You will lead the N Curriculum, promoting children's welfare and assisting with varied shift patterns. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass-half-full outlook.

• A love for customer service.
