Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking tutors with SEN experience to work in the Fleetwood area, providing 1-to-1 support to students with SEN needs. The role requires patience, empathy and the ability to design and deliver learning plans tailored to individual pupils.

You'll work on a part-time basis during school hours, five days a week, supporting pupils in community settings or at home. A therapeutic approach may be needed to re-engage learners, with weekly progress reports submitted to monitor

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent or tutoring experience.
• Possess UK classroom teaching experience preferred but not essential.
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
• Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver learning plans on a 1 to 1 basis.
• Monitor progression and submit weekly reports.
