Overview

Proactive Personnel is partnering with a leading logistics company to recruit a Highly Motivated & Skilled Fleet Workshop Manager to join their dynamic and fast-paced team.

Pay: £52,000 - £60,000

Shifts: Monday - Friday, Day shifts

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle breakdowns and ensure full compliance with operator licence requirements
• Provide Health & Safety leadership across all workshop activities
• Manage the on-site Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU), whether operated internally or via external partners
• Evaluate and optimise fleet maintenance strategies for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Supervise sub-contracted services and negotiate favourable terms and rates
• Ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and readily available

Requirements

• Full Clean Driving License.
• Fleet or Workshop Management experience (5+ years).
• National or International CPC Required.
