Arnold Clark in Ayr is seeking a Fleet Wash Team Leader to supervise our valeting sites, organise staff rotas and travel between sites ensuring vehicles are clean, well-presented and customer-ready.

The role suits someone who enjoys an active, hands-on environment, with meticulous attention to detail and strong teamwork skills. A full UK driving licence is required and flexibility to cover extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean stock vehicles to a high standard.
• Clean vehicles externally with a pressure washer.
• Comply with health and safety procedures when working with chemicals.
• Maintain and secure equipment, report defects and follow PPE guidance.
• Work to set timeframes and targets.
