A leading vehicle rental specialist in the UK is seeking a skilled Fleet Vehicle Technician to diagnose, service and repair a fleet of light commercial vehicles. Responsibilities include performing service checks and ensuring quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a full UK driving license. The position offers a basic salary of up to £38,760 plus bonuses and a range of benefits including 23 days holiday and birthday day off.

Fleet Vehicle Technician vacancy – Egham! Join one of the UK's leading vehicle rental specialists. The role involves diagnosing, servicing and repairing a large fleet of light commercial vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out service checks
• Repair work on light commercial vehicles
• Diagnostic work using manufacturer‑approved equipment
• Ensuring the company’s professional image and quality of service is maintained at all times
• Performing preventive maintenance and MOT preparation
• Maintaining workshop standards, tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Good working attitude and motivation to enhance knowledge
• Team player capable of working as part of a workshop team
• Ability to maintain the workshop to a high standard and keep tools and equipment in good condition

Schedule & Pay

Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm; 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (overtime at 1.5×). Up to £38,760 basic salary plus bonus and overtime pay.
