Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ workshop experience, fleet or commercial vehicles
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of vehicle systems
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing a fleet of converted vans, support vehicles, and grey fleet vehicles
• Conducting pre-MOT inspections and diagnostics on known faults
• Maintaining specialist equipment and telematics systems
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and ensuring quality standards
• Working within a rota covering early mornings, late evenings, and weekends across 365 days
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults in a fast-paced environment
