Job Description:

At Gregory Group, we're on an exciting journey to transform our fleet operations and deliver cutting‑edge technology solutions. We are seeking a Fleet Transformation Manager to support our central fleet department in enhancing our fleet technology solutions. Reporting to Director of Fleet & Procurement you will play a critical role in making significant improvements in our fleet technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Fleet Technology Transformation: Leading the fitment and optimisation of camera and telematics solution across all group assets (1,200 tractor units and 2,500 trailers), ensuring seamless integration and maximum operational benefit.
  • Manage Strategic Partnerships: Oversee third‑party implementation partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Enhance Fleet Systems: Identify and deliver significant improvements to existing fleet systems, leveraging technology to boost service quality, streamline processes, and unlock efficiencies.
  • Develop Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with the fleet team to design and implement an automated reporting suite, providing actionable insights that support performance improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Act as a key driver for innovation within the fleet function, challenging the status quo and introducing best practices to future‑proof operations.
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience working within a fleet function.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in working with telematics or camera technology within a fleet environment.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of compliance and safety standards within fleet operations.
