Join Our Team as a Fleet Service Team Leader – Drive Excellence! Location: Alfreton Salary: £30,500 per annum Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off – 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a natural leader with a passion for fleet operations and delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for an energetic and hands‑on Fleet Service Team Leader to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our fleet running smoothly while exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading and motivating a team of Fleet Service Advisors
  • Overseeing daily operations in a high‑volume, fast‑paced contact centre environment
  • Monitoring call quality, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement
  • Ensuring KPIs and service standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Handling escalated customer issues calmly and professionally
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimise fleet performance and maintenance processes
  • Contributing to training, process improvements, and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) in customer service, contact centre, fleet management, logistics, or automotive environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people‑management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Solid problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
  • Experience monitoring performance, delivering feedback, and coaching for improvement
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Full availability for the rotating 4-on/4-off shift pattern (13:00–00:00)
