FLEET SERVICE CO ORDINATOR

A great opportunity for a Fleet Service Coordinator to join a fantastic group!

Location: Cwmbran, South Wales

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

My client, trusted leader in rail, plant, and HGV maintenance, delivering high-quality service and operational excellence to valued clients, are looking for an experienced Fleet Service Controller. Their Key Accounts Department plays a critical role in ensuring that fleets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.

This pivotal role ensures that maintenance and repair activities are scheduled, resourced, and delivered effectively, while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

The Role
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Allocate technicians, tools, and parts to optimise productivity and minimise downtime
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, providing clear updates and ensuring service satisfaction
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records
  • Track and analyse KPIs to drive continuous improvement and support departmental profitability
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to technicians, apprentices, and support staff, fostering collaboration and professional development
